Personality and Ability Assessment (PAA)

This course is ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, training and management development specialists who wish to use ability tests and personality questionnaires to help in the selection, management and development of employees.

Assessment and Development Centre Design (A&DC)

Designed for those who wish to become self-reliant in the design and implementation of Assessment and Development Centres. Competency Based Interview (CBI)

This course is ideal for HR specialists and experienced line managers who need to gain practical experience of how to apply Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) effectively in their organizations, or senior executives involved in the final stages of the selection process who are looking to enhance their skills.

Competency based interview is another tool used for measuring competencies based on behaviors relevant to the job performance. It consists of a structured series of questions aimed at eliciting information on specific job-related criteria.
